Do you offer low MOQ?
We aim for the minimum practical quantity possible. Exact MOQ depends on the product, size, pack configuration and current stock.
Do you publish a fixed price list?
Not for every specification. Packaging prices can vary with size, ply/thickness, quantity and stock, so a current quotation is more reliable.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the product, exact size or dimensions, approximate quantity, intended use and your location. A reference photo is useful for jewellery accessories.
Can I order a mixed requirement?
Yes. You can send one list containing courier bags, boxes, tape, bubble wrap and jewellery accessories. Each item is confirmed separately for stock and MOQ.
Do I need to visit before ordering?
No. You can first confirm your requirement, quotation and stock by phone or WhatsApp, then discuss payment and pickup or transport.

We supply general ecommerce packaging used by online sellers. Sellers must confirm the current packaging rules of the marketplace or courier they use.
How do I choose the right poly-mailer size?
Measure the packed product and leave enough room for sealing without creating excessive empty space. If you already use a successful size, send that measurement.
Can I ask for multiple bag sizes together?
Yes. Send all required sizes and approximate quantities in one enquiry.

Do you have 3-ply and 5-ply boxes?
Selected sizes and ply specifications may be available. Send required dimensions and intended use.
How should I give box dimensions?
Send length × width × height and tell us whether the dimensions are internal/required packing dimensions if relevant.
Which is better: 3-ply or 5-ply?
It depends on product weight, box size, stacking and transit conditions. We can discuss available options, but the buyer should confirm suitability for the shipment.
Can you supply small ecommerce boxes?
Selected small shipping-box sizes may be available. Current sizes and quantities should be confirmed before visiting.
Can I order custom box sizes?
Ask with the exact dimensions and quantity. Custom/manufactured requirements depend on feasibility, MOQ and lead time and are not guaranteed for every size.
